The applicant understands and agrees that I and my family and guests will abide by all the rules and policies set forth by Legend Oaks Golf & Tennis Club. The applicant understands that membership at Legend Oaks Golf & Tennis Club is subject to approval. All memberships automatically renew at the end of the calendar year unless the member notifies the membership office in the month of December. There is no refund of membership initiation fees or prepaid dues if a member relocates and is unable to utilize the facilities.

The membership office will call the applicant at the number provided to confirm our dues and fees and answer any questions you may have.
